Ingredients of cauliflower soup

  • 1 nos potato, peeled and chopped
  • 1 whole cauliflower
  • 1 large onion, peeled and chopped
  • 750 ml Chicken or vegetable stock
  • 3 tbsp ground almonds
  • 3 tbsp half-fat Creame
  • 1 tbsp Toasted sliced almonds
  • 1/2 tbsp Chopped chives
  • by taste Salt and white pepper
