Veg Noodles with Soya Chunks

It gets ready in no time and tastes so good. I have used spaghetti noodles for this recipe. You can use any wheat noodles or Chinese egg noodles.
Noodles are a staple food in many cultures made from unleavened dough which is stretched, extruded, or rolled flat and cut into one of a variety of shapes.

आवश्यक  सामग्री | Ingredient for soya nudel recipe 

  1. nudels                                      400gm 
  2. soya chunk                              1 cup boiled
  3. Green Onion                           2 medium chopped
  4. Refined Oil                              3 Ts
  5. carrot                                        1 nos medium chopped
  6. white paper                              1/4 Ts
  7. Shimla Mirch (Red)                1/2 cup chopped
  8. Shimla mirch (green)             1/2 cup chopped
  9. soya sauce                                 1 Ts (big)
  10. salt                                              by taste
 

Method of soya nodel recipe/सोया नूडल्स रेसिपी बनाने का तरीका 

  1. Heat 7 cups of water in a deep non-stick pan. Add salt and a colander. Add the noodles to the colander and sieve.
  2. When the noodles are ready, lift the colander with the noodles and pour it in another pan of cold water.
  3. Heat 2 tablespoons of refined oil in a non-stick pan. When the oil is hot, add the white onion, carrot and capsicum and fry it lightly.
  4. When the vegetables are lightly roasted Take out the noodles and mix the vegetables. Mix well Now add boiled soy chunks. Cook on medium heat for a few minutes.
  5. Now add 1 tbsp of refined oil, salt and soy sauce. Stir on high heat.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions. Serve hot
 

आवश्यक  सामग्री | Ingredient for soya nudel recipe

  1.     नुडल्स                                           400 ग्राम
  2.     सोया चंक्स                                   1 कप उबला हुआ
  3.     हरा प्याज                                     2 मध्यम कटा हुआ
  4.     तेल रिफाइन                                 3 टी
  5.     गाजर                                     1 नग मध्यम कटा हुआ
  6.     सफेद मिर्च                                   1/4 Ts
  7.     शिमला मिर्च (लाल)                       1/2 कप कटा हुआ
  8.     शिमला मिर्च (हरा)                        1/2 कप कटा हुआ
  9.     सोया सूस                                     1 Ts (बड़ा)
  10.     स्वादानुसार नमक

Method of soya nodel recipe/सोया नूडल्स रेसिपी बनाने का तरीका

  1. किसी डीप नॉन-स्टिक कड़ाही में 7 कप पानी गर्म करें। नमक डालें और इसमें एक कोलंडर (छलनी) डालें। कोलंडर (छलनी) में नूडल्स डालें और उबालें। 
  2. जब नूडल्स तैयार हो जाये, तो नूडल्स के साथ कोलंडर उठाये और ठन्डे पानी की दूसरी कड़ाही में डालें। 
  3. किसी नॉन-स्टिक की कड़ाही में 2 बड़े चम्मच रिफाइंड तेल को गर्म करें। तेल गर्म हो जाने पर हरा प्याज का सफ़ेद भाग, गाजर और शिमला मिर्च डालें और हल्का सा भून लें। 
  4. जब सब्जियां हलकी सी भून जाये। नूडल्स निकाले और सब्जियां मिलाये। अच्छी तरह से मिलाये। अब उबले हुए सोया चंक्स डालें। कुछ मिनट तक माध्यम आंच पर पकाएं। 
  5. अब 1 बड़ा चम्मच रिफाइंड का तेल, नमक और सोया सॉस डालें। तेज़ आंच पर हिलाये। 
  6. कटे हुए हरे प्याज के साथ सजाये। गरमागरम परोसें
